Hans Dauser

Hans Dauser (31 July 1908 – 20 November 2001) was a Untersturmführer (Second Lieutenant) in the Waffen SS during World War II who was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross, which was awarded to recognize extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership by Nazi Germany during World War II.
==Early life==
Dauser was born in Munich on 31 July 1908, the son of the future Staatssekretär of the German Democratic Republic, Hans Dauser, senior. After graduating from the State High School he studied to be an architect. He joined the NSDAP in 1930 and the Allgemeine SS in 1933.
